limited selectioninsufficient air conditioning
I was quite disappointed. The breakfast was not great. there was a very limited selection of fruits and vegetables. also, the room got hot since there was no air conditioning. i had to open the windows and use a small fan, but it wasn't enough. Sleep was nearly impossible.

the staff provided really good assistance , especially alexandr , he arranged a breakfast package due to my early departure. he was very patient with all my questions , i really appreciated that. i also want to mention the concierge who helped during a medical situation, he was so supportive , it made a huge difference.
the gym hours posted at reception were incorrect , so i experienced a slight inconvenience when i tried to use it. the man at reception did not seem very helpful when i mentioned it was closed.

the reception staff were really helpful throughout my stay i felt very welcome. the breakfast included many options a great start to the day. it was also great to have a swimming pool it was open until late and easily accessible. public transport stops are very close making getting around easy.
the storage space in the room was somewhat limited i found this a bit inconvenient.

the location was in the city center, i guess. it did the trick.
the room was hotter than i liked, and the fan they gave me was useless. it was just broke, wasn't it? i nearly melted.
